CAMP DIRECTOR
JJ Aranguri is a native of Peru, South
America....At 17 JJ Left his home to play with several regional clubs in Brazil,
Columbia, and Cost Rica. JJ later moved to Florida where he played for the Miami
Breakers and the Jacksonville Cyclones and had the privilege of fulfilling one
of his childhood dreams, playing with and against Carlo Valderrama....Recently
JJ moved to the DC area to reunited with his family. His goal is to give back
tot he game and share his passion for the wonderful game of soccer."
COACHING STAFF
Our staff will be comprised primarily of former professional players and current college players who have a genuine passion for the game of soccer. Our staff has been carefully chosen for their individual soccer skills and ability to enthusiastically teach the game and create a comfortable and enjoyable soccer experience.
This program will be devoted to each player's individual ball control, fitness level, and training intensity. Each morning will consist of technical and fitness training with the ball, teaching individual ball moves, shooting, and passes. Afternoon sessions will consist of competitive games and contests designed to strengthen the techniques and skills earned. Our goal is to make each player comfortable with the ball the South American way

The Archbishop Carroll High School Soccer Camp is
specifically designed to develop the technical and tactical skills of the
dedicated soccer player. Each week’s program is designed to challenge even the
most disciplined players while creating a FUN environment for all. Emphasis will
be placed on improving the individual player’s technical abilities and the
tactical applications to the game. The program will help improve each player’s
ability to play under defensive pressure, attacking the goal and scoring.
Players will learn new skills daily and improve those they already possess.
The training format is designed with morning sessions
providing technical training such as dribbling, passing, shooting, heading and
much more. The afternoons will incorporate tactical sessions with small-sided
games and team play.
